My first blog post

My name is Zabdiel and I am in 6 grade.I enjoy reading books such as action,adventure,funny,and mystery.The things I like about reading are reading new words. The book that my book club is reading is Ruby Holler.

One of the pr-reading strategies that I used this week was prediction.I use prediction by thinking what i was going to happen before i read.One of the during-reading strategies that I used this week was re reading.I used pre-reading by reading the word again and then i understand the word.One of the post-reading strategies that I used this week was connections.I related to the text by when the kid was sticking his head out the window looking at a bird.

The discussions that I have had have changed the reading process for me by re reading the word and then I could understand the sentence.I like reading in a book club because I can hang out with my friends and read.To me it is cool.
